PfH’s Accommodation & Decant Managed Services framework gives social housing providers compliant, flexible access to temporary and long-term accommodation when residents need to move out due to works or emergencies, supported by experienced providers.

About our procurement framework

When safety concerns, redevelopment, or emergencies force residents to move, housing teams face the dual pressure of acting fast and keeping people safe. Our Temporary Accommodation and Decant managed services framework streamlines that process, giving landlords a compliant route to source trusted accommodation and manage transitions smoothly minimising disruption for residents and ensuring every move is handled with care and dignity.

Supplying everything from short-term stay arrangements to longer rentals, it also covers the services and products needed to support decanting (such as furnishings, associated supplies, logistics etc). PfH has appointed suppliers across the UK to a single lot that works with social housing organisations and local authorities. Use this framework to ensure safe, compliant solutions that manage resident transitions smoothly without procurement delays.
